The South of the Border set was developed after years of chasing the perfect balance between vintage Strat clarity and a little more authority through the mids.

Think of it as a slightly hotter version of our '64 Closetcaster set.

These pickups stay open, dynamic, and responsive while giving your amp just a little more to work with. They clean up beautifully with your volume knob, respond naturally to your picking, and never lose the clarity that makes a great Strat so much fun to play.
