Free standard shipping

Cranston Guitars offers free standard shipping on all website orders to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout.

Orders usually ship the same or next business day unless a product listing says otherwise. The estimated delivery window is 4–5 business days unless a different estimate appears on the product page or at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or an incorrect address.

Instruments, amplifiers, pedals, pickups, parts, and boutique electronics are securely and professionally packed. Tracking information is provided after shipment.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after fulfillment.

See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility. For an approved return, the customer arranges and pays for secure tracked return shipping. Cranston Guitars does not provide or reimburse return shipping labels.
