We take care of preparation, photos, listings and the sale. We'll agree on your price, fees and estimated payout before arranging a drop-off or shipment. Visits are by appointment.
Guitars with an agreed asking price under $600: $39. All other accepted instruments and gear: $60. Your prep fee is confirmed upfront and stays fixed if the selling price changes.
This covers inspection, basic cleaning, fresh strings and a basic setup where applicable, photos, listings and ordinary packaging. Bigger repairs need your approval first. The prep fee comes out of your payout when it sells; nothing is due upfront.
The rate applies to the whole instrument sale price, before costs. Sales tax and shipping charges are not part of that price. No sale, no commission.
Our commission includes eBay, Reverb, Gear Exchange and payment-processing fees. You won't be charged those separately.
Preparation includes ordinary packaging. Only agreed shipping and extra repairs you approve are additional. We deduct those at actual cost, with no markup. Any shipping paid by the buyer reduces your shipping cost. Paid advertising needs your approval first.
You take home $665. No extra marketplace or payment-processing fee comes out of that payout. This is an example, not a quote. We explain your estimated costs and payout before you agree.
We pay you within 7 business days after the buyer's payment clears and the applicable return period ends. You get a simple breakdown of every deduction.
You can request your unsold gear back at any time by arrangement. There is no commission. If we have prepared it, you pay the agreed prep fee when you take it back, plus any previously approved repairs and return shipping if needed.

These terms apply to new consignments. Existing agreements stay unchanged.
