Description

Reptile is a one-of-a-kind Proper Instruments guitar assembled by hand in Cranston, Rhode Island.

It has a slim '60s C neck profile, a 9.5-inch radius, a rosewood fingerboard, and a satin feel on the back of the neck. The original hand-painted waterslide headstock artwork is sealed beneath multiple coats of nitrocellulose lacquer.

Necks and bodies are sourced from two independent craftspeople in New England and elsewhere in the United States. Proper Pickups are wound one at a time in Rhode Island or by our winding partner in Nebraska.
