Description

A 1987 Japanese-made Squier ST-357 Stratocaster in black with a maple neck.

The neck, body, hardware, tuners, and output jack are original. The loaded pickguard is the only change from the original configuration.

Neck and Condition

The neck has a substantial vintage-style feel and becomes noticeably fuller as you move up the neck. It has a 7.25-inch radius and vintage-style frets.

The frets are in excellent shape, with approximately 85% fret life remaining and no divots. Expect scratches and normal play wear consistent with the guitar's age. The notable ding on the back of the lower bass bout is shown in the photographs.
